Duncan Thorne, of Thorne Design and Build, opened a permit for his non-licensed friend, Romeo Cardona in 2/2020, to do my 2 familys. remodel in Somerville. After 18 months I was left with shoddy non-completed work. Duncan did not once supervise, which is a daily requirement in MA. He refuses to stand behind the work on the permit he pulled. He charged $100,000 over the contract and can not verify where the money went. His non-licensed crew did the hardwood flooring, instead of hiring professionals, so he could pocket the $ budget. I have been trying for 15 months to get the work completed. You took advantage of a senior woman, and your license needs to be pulled. This is not over.

Terrific! Spoke with several contractors before hiring Romeo Cardona. He was the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. Did a fantastic job. Very high quality and detail oriented.
