Michael Boehm has been my Pool Technician about three years now doing routine scheduled cleaning, maintenance, chemical balancing, and minor repairs. He is very conscientious all of all pool operations, equipment and pool related items. He takes great pride in what he does, and he strives to take care of every little detail. He goes out of his way to take care of things that look like they may cause problems in the future (saw a upcoming problem with our deck, for example), and if he cannot perform the repair, he'll inform me of the problem. He doesn't stop with just informing me, he goes the extra mile doing research to find me the right solution and /or the best Professional to call. Another example was the calcium staining that we have in this area. We did much research and just could not find a method to remove these stains. Michael did his own research, came up with a cleaning solution that works! I will continue to use Michael as my Pool Technician, and recommend Care A Lot Pool and Spa Services.
