6+ Room New Window Service
I needed to replace over a dozen windows and researched local companies and received a few quotes.
The installation process itself was efficient and well-organized. Danny and Jayden treated my home with care, kept the work areas clean, and minimized disruption. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch. They honored their initial quote even though some pre-existing hidden damage necessitated replacing trim pieces.
The new windows look fantastic and I’m looking forward to saving on heating and cooling costs with Energy Star rated Harvey triple-pane windows.
I would highly recommend Care Free Homes to anyone considering window replacement. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service truly set them apart.

Care Free Homes did a wonderful job on our home. We had the entire exterior of the house redone. It looks beautiful. We started the process of pricing etc with Joshua who was very responsive and informative. He continued to be very helpful thru the entire process. Jeff our project manager always took the time to answer all our questions and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Robbie and team that worked on our home did an amazing job- they worked long hours - cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Robbie was very meticulous and took pride in his work. What a fantastic Company! We had new cedar siding installed on the house and it looks perfect. Eddie and Keven did a fabulous job fixing our century old porch. The porch was completed in a timely manner and looks wonderful. This is an old house there were surprises and the guys were able to tackle these barriers to get the job done in a timely manner.

Care Free Homes just finished replacing all the shingles on our roof and making repairs to the cement board in areas where it was damaged. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew did a great job, was courteous, and always cleaned up after every day's work. They accelerated our project into their schedule when my roof began to leak after a severe storm, and came back several times to replace damaged cement board I first noticed after the crews had already left. Nathan, Dana, Stephanie, Paul, and their team did a fantastic job and I give them my highest recommendation.

They did a fantastic job. From one of the owners, Nathan who came to my house, surveyed my roof and gave me a no nonsense quote to the crew of workers who replaced my roof it was A+ all the way. Paul’s crew was very organized and worked methodically to complete each section of my roof. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left my property spotless when they were finished. We recently added a front covered porch to our home - using carefree homes . This is not the first time we have used their services - we replaced all our windows in home - added vinyl siding to the house - w new trim and gutters . The company is quick to respond to your needs - from the quote to the job starting . The quality of work is excellent - Eddie and keven both did an excellent job building the front porch on house -both communicated w us any ideas they had - and went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for . This was our first project with Care Free Homes and we are extremely pleased with our porch replacement. At first we were a little nervous about what we envisioned compared to what it would actually look like once finished. Jay and Guyer (framers)eased our minds by constant communication throughout the project. Afterwards the second crew Eddie,Josh and Andrew came in to aluminum wrap headers, replace gutters and down spouts to finalize the project. Their combined attention to detail and quality of work was impeccable. Lastly, where in the world do you find a contractor that doesn't ask for a dime until the job is complete and you are totally satisfied!
