Emil was polite and courteous. He was prompt. He did a fantastic job washing ceiling, walls & woodwork in my bedroom. I would hire him again for other jobs. I did fell bad that it was a hot & humid day to be doing that kind of work. He did not complain & I gave him leomenade. I am now just waiting for drying due to humidity. Thanks for a great job.

Emil called within a half hour of my inquiry came out the next day with an estimate and did the work 2 days later and charged me less than HALF of what he estimated t would cost!!!!! He is prompt and, most of all, extremely honest and reliable. I give him the highest of recommendations!!!!!!!!!!!

They did a great job. They were professional, organized and neat (even taking away the empty boxes). Emil followed up promptly and kept in touch. In fact, within just a few hours of submitting the request, I had a phone call from him. the only thing, after getting additional quotes, he was about $400 more. Other quotes were coming in at about $1000. He could come out sooner to get the job done and meet our deadline though.

Good communication and showed up on time. He not only cleared the downspouts but also checked out and cleared overflow pipes in dry-sump drains in driveway at no extra charge.
