Carey the Carpet Cleaner

An amazing job was done in our home today. I wish I would’ve taken before pictures to share. Our couch and carpet needed a deep clean and we sure got our money’s worth. We have pets so had concerns about chemicals so Carey’s method really appealed to us as well. Thank you Carey - we couldn’t be happier with the results. It just feels really clean here and that is what we really wanted.

I had a carpet emergency where some movers left significant stains that my usual steam cleaner couldn’t get out. He was the only one who responded in a timely manner, which was important bc we had just sold our house and couldn’t leave a dirty carpet to the new owners. He said he couldn’t promise it would work but he would try and came the next day, stopping along the way to buy an extra strength stain remover just in case. Well, long story short he needed that super stain remover and scrubbed on his hands and knees for quite awhile to get it out since the regular cleaning didn’t work. The stains were very stubborn (he thinks it was tar or something) and I really didn’t think he could do it but he got like 90% of it out which was a miracle. Highly recommended, he went above and beyond.

Cary the cleaner did an excellent job on some very dirty stairwell carpet. There was some difficulty when he showed up unannounced a day early to our agreed upon time. Ultimately we worked things out and he apologized for arriving on the wrong day

Carey did an excellent work cleaning the carpet. He was reachable and polite and very professional. He took the time to explain all the process to me. I would definitely hire his services again and recommend to anybody that needs a great quality cleaning.

He cleaned the cream colored carpet in 2 bedrooms and 2 rugs in a hallway and family room. All four areas were cleaned perfectly. The family room rug gets heavy use and was really dirty but it looks (and smells) great. This is the second time that Carey has cleaned the carpets and I will hire him again.

Carey was able to respond quickly and completed a deep cleaning of all stairs within 1 day. The shampoo scrub effort removed all coffee spills and our heavy traffic pattern. Carey went above and beyond to help! Carey is highly recommended!

Carey did an amazing job cleaning our furniture. He was thorough and addressed my concerns. He is very outgoing and all around great person to work with. I would hire him again.

Carey finished the job he promised?.the cleanest carpet anywhere, removing all spots by using muscle and machine. He removed pet stains and visible traffic patterns effectively. We now have a supplier we can count on!

Casey did a very thorough job of cleaning our area rug, upholstered chair and ottoman that were very dirty and stained. As others have mentioned, he is quite talkative, so be prepared to spend extra time socializing.

Wish you had 6 stars. My carpet and couch are like new and my house smells so fresh and clean.

Great work. A true professional who really knows what he's doing and takes pride in it.

To begin with the negative aspect, the serviceman to be extremely talkative. That annoyed me. I hired him to clean my rugs, not for him to tell me his life story and his opinions about the plight of the planet. That said, I gave him a high rating nonetheless. I was impressed by how much nicer my rugs looked when he was done. That was what was most important.

Carey uses the healthiest approach to cleaning carpets. All his products are good for humans, pets, and the environment. For us, a family with a dog that sheds, he did a thorough vacuuming before he cleaned the rugs. This was super important. I would hire him again.

Super fast response and scheduling! Called them at night and had it cleaned the next day.

No soap residue or large hoses running through your home

Carey really cares about customer satisfaction. He even returned to troubleshoot a stained area that needed more attention. Very capable and friendly fellow. Would absolutely suggest calling Carey.
