Mike was very responsive, gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to replace my hot water heater the next day. He was available to do it the same day but I chose to wait until the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly, clean and charged exactly what he estimated. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend his company to a friend.

He was the first to respond. He came exactly on time. He came with all necessary equipment, and worked diligently to get the tiolet to fit into a difficult spot because of a marble cover over the tank top. He pleasantly, reasonably and experly completed the job. He was a pleasure to work with.
