Warning about Caribbean Tree Service: I hired them to urgently trim a palm tree so I wouldn?t lose a dock renter. They trimmed the wrong tree, ignored their own workers when told it was incorrect, and never fixed the mistake. The supervisor was rude and took no accountability. I still paid $80 so the workers wouldn?t lose out. Because of their error, I lost my renter and income. This was careless, unprofessional, and costly. Hire at your own risk.

The responded to my query right away and assessed the job the next morning. The job was to remove a tree tree in a difficult spot, grind the stump level to the yard and haul away the debris. They did the first, refused to do the 2nd and continually asked if they could leave the debris for the garbage pickup. At the end of the day, they took the trunk, but not the fronds. Getting the tree down before hurricane season kicks into high gear was important and they did a good job with that, but failing to do the other parts of the job was disappointing.

The 30 ft Bismarck Palm tree was very close to my house, walkway and driveway. It became dangerous to my family and pets as large piece's would just fall off when it got dry, windy or when it rained a lot . Caribbean Tree Service's took extra time and care to ensure my property did not get damaged. They are a hard working team that I highly recommend.
