Caribou Construction is a Colorado-based crawlspace remediation and encapsulation contractor serving Nederland, Boulder, Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Jefferson counties. We specialize in full crawlspace encapsulation — vapor barrier installation, closed-cell spray foam insulation, moisture and mold remediation, rodent contamination cleanup, sump pump and French drain installation, and permanent dehumidification systems. We also perform bathroom tile and shower waterproofing using Schluter systems, and we’re currently working toward our radon mitigation license to expand our moisture and air quality services.
