I love the cleaning service! I have had many cleaners in my years and Carissa is the best!She does a deep clean which takes several hours and several people cleaning. To keep a perfectly clean home one has to have weekly cleaning. In my case it is only my husband and me and I get her every other week. I am able to keep it up between cleanings. You cannot expect her to keep it spotless coming twice or once a month. Especially if you do not lift a finger to keep it tidy between cleanings! I will have her deep clean every 6-8 months. She is so very clean and neat. I recommend her every chance I get! Feel free to call me about a review!

Just moved to the area a couple months ago and Carissa came highly recommended! Upon meeting her she was friendly, punctual, and very professional. After her initial clean, we decided to keep her on biweekly! Her attention to detail and thoroughness when she cleans is exactly what we were looking for. She always stays in touch, and her work is worth every penny!

I had a horrible experience with Carissa. Upon first meeting she toured my home and told me it would be $300 for the initial deep cleaning and $200 thereafter. I thought that was steep, but was in dire need with a newborn so I agreed. The first cleaning went ok, she said all surfaces would be covered and I explained the doors still had dust on them from construction. $300 and the doors were still dusty after, the vents dusty, the pantry floors remained dirty. My husband was disappointed but I really needed a cleaning lady. A month later she came to clean while I was at a doctors appointment and texted me that my house was too dirty to clean for $200 and would need $300 again! I could not believe the nerve she had to try to scam me on the 2nd visit. She is a very unprofessional, entitled person and I would never recommend her or her services.
