The person agreed to come out on a certain day so I remained home waiting for him. He never came and said he forgot about the appointment. When he did arrive on another day, he has an assistant do a 2 minute fix to the problem while spending the whole time complaining about his own health. Then he charged be around $125.

set a time for repairs. Showed on time and completed the project without delay

Called to let me know they were on their way and met me at the destination. Asked me questions pertaining to the job and went to work making the repairs. They did a good job and promptly.

This project was rubber roofing for a sun room. Quality was not exactly what I expected and the work wasn't a cosmetically pleasing as I had hoped. However, it has muffled noise, e.g., heavy rain can be very loud, and is expected to prevent any and all leaks. Also eliminated a gutter which rarely drained correctly because of leaves and other debris. Would not make the same decision to add the rubber roof because of cost and aesthetics. This has nothing to do with the contractor, Carl Bennett; he's been very professional and attentive to my issue. Would recommend him and plan to use his services again in the Spring to re-roof the entire house.

The roofer showed up quickly (due to pending rain), the roof was repaired and we were good to go. The roofer was very knowledgable and professional!

Carl Bennett Roofing was quick to come out and fix the problem before an oncoming storm. However, they were high in their estimate for a new roof for my home. Would recommend this company for repairs needed to be done quickly.

Had contractor re-weave 2 roof valleys that were leaking. They were quick, thorough and had the correct solution to the problem. Very prompt, professional and cleaned up job site so well that you couldn't tell they had been there. Highly recommended.
