Mr.carl and his crew was the best.They was very nice and kind people.Mr.carl explained everything he was going to do about assembly my metal shed.He started on sunday morning october 31,2021 and finished on Monday morning November 1,2021. Mr. Williams is an older gentleman but whatever he lacks in youth he makes up for with experience and know-how. He did an excellent job of assembling my dining table and chairs. I plan to hire him again to assemble some shelving and to hang pictures, etc. His price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend him.

It took me three phone calls to even get him to commit to the job. He arrived promptly and pulled the refrigerator from the wall. It was close quarters between the refrigerator and the gas stove - he accidentally turned a burner on letting gas flow out. Fortunately, I went to check on him and noticed the problem and turned it off. He was oblivious to it, even though he was right next to it. He did clean out a buildup of dust below and behind the unit, but he did not fix the problem and had no idea what it could be. When I asked how much I owed him, he hesitated for a moment, then seemed to pull the $40 charge from out of nowhere.

Well, after he was 30 min late, I called him. He told me he forgot and was in Westwego. I live in Orleans Parish. About 10:45 he comes and tests my washer and checks it. Washer not showing problem after running it. I wanted to try cycle again but he informed me he had to go. Nice man, very polite. $38.50 for service call, which wasn't bad. Running my washer now and hopefully it STOPS having problems.
