Carl McKinney Home Maintenance

They were very nice and worked hard .knowledgeable about siding. The painter was suppose to call me and let me know what day he would be out to do the painting. He never called. After two weeks I called and got no response. After a month I texted and asked if he was coming and to please answer. I was contacted that day and told he was having complications from having a heart attack and I probably would need to get some one else.. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

My husband and I are very pleased with the work provided by Carl McKinney Home Improvement. Mr McKinney is a good, honest, Christian man, fair. If the work is not well done he will make it right. I can't write this review without mentioning the two hardest working guys on Mr McKinney team; Mike Slayton who comes to work on time and worked the whole time he was at our house. He put in a couple floor joists, replaced flooring and trim, put up columns on front of house and painted outside of house with very little help. "Bob The Painter" is phenomenal. He painted 4 rooms including ceilings. His work is great, he worked hard, always told us what he planned to do and made sure we were ok with that. He also refinished our countertops in our kitchen. We definitely would recommend the Carl McKinney Home Improvement Business to anyone.

I did not receive the work I expected. I had to rehire and redo the work that he provided me. This is poor craftsmanship and quality work.
