This was absolutely hands down the WORST experience I have ever had hiring a company. He showed up and looked at the job and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a price and time frame to get the job done in and then he never showed up. The first time he claimed that his van caught in the fire. We gave him another chance then he did not show again, this time he claimed that his van broke down again, we gave him another chance and he said he was borrowing a vehicle and yep you guessed it he did not show once again. We gave him another chance and this time he claimed he was in an accident and was in the hospital. Now he says he will discount the job and show for sure. We told him this was his last chance and of course, he did not show and did not call. I guess he just ran out of excuses. Do not ever try to hire this company!

Brady was the lead for 2 bathroom remodels. In addition to installing all the tile he also completed additional tasks such as toilet install and new bathroom fixtures. I rehired him then to completely redo my fireplace. He demolished the old fireplace, rebuilt the 'box', installed a new insert, retiled, hung the mantel and TV on the wall. He is very professional, has a great work ethic, makes good recommendations based on several years of experience and cleans up his work area everyday before leaving. I recommend CB Tile and More very highly.
