Carlisle Classic Homes specializes in remodeling and new construction in the greater Seattle Area. The quality of our work and service has built lasting relationships with our existing clients over the years. We would love to add you to that list. The (classic) in Carlisle Classic Homes refers more to a product that has an enduring quality, than a definition of style. In fact, we work on an entire spectrum of architectural styles, from craftsman to contemporary, 70's rambler to mid-century modern. And while we are known for the kind of high quality of construction that people tend to associate with the past, we are fully versed in the latest building techniques and materials.

The people that worked for me from CCH and the subcontractors as well were very responsive and capable and pleasant to work with. They listened to me, carefully sought my wishes and were very respectful. My project was done in two seperate phases to accomidate my desire to stay in my home while work was in progress. They were very respectful of my living space. Everyone that I worked with from CCH was very skillful and creative. I hope to do one more thing to my house, and when I am able to undertake that project I plan to go directly to them to do it for me.

Carlisle Classic Homes built an office addition on our house, and it could not have gone smoother. Everything was done with great care and professionalism; they did an excellent job of managing their subcontractors; and the entire project landed right on time and slightly under budget. We were particularly impressed by the project management. The lead met with us weekly to review the overall progress, and was very diligent about addressing any issues we had while keeping us apprised of any variances on his side. Across the board, everything was done exactly as it should have been.

Carlisle was great -- good attention to detail and quality, and a special attention to scheduling, budget and communication that was considerably above the ordinary in my experience. Calrlisle came-in near the upper range of estimates and had the longest project estimate of anyone I talked to, but each project day was mapped-out on a posted schedule and there appeared to be sufficient buffer to handle any unexpected situations without changing the overall completion date... definitely worth the extra up-front time to feel secure that the overall schedule was believable and solid. Project was completed on-time and *under* budget!
