They were very good at using Natural cleaners when possible. House smelled nice not the chemical smell from most commercial cleaning services. Due to health issues the house needed a deeper cleaning over a couple of visits. They did a phenomenal job. I will continue to have them clean our home so it feels like it did when I was able to clean it myself. Great customer service too.

Carlos Cleaning arrived at my house within days of my initial inquiry. They did an excellent job doing a deep cleaning on my house. They got those hard to reach areas that were far too easy for me to ignore. They spent ample time making sure to get everything completed thoroughly. I am very pleased and already have them booked for a future visit.

Promised a complete cleaning from top to bottom and included that in their quote, suggesting it was a six hour job for two or three; after three hours, the two were ready to go. They did stay to clean areas that had been blatantly omitted, such as under sofa, chairs and table, and agreed to continue to improve on what had been done. Definitely did not live up to promises. On the other hand, they did arrive on time and seemed to be willing to continue to work if I were to tell them to do each of the items I felt were not done as promised; however, It does not seem that it should be necessary to tell them how to accomplish what was actually deficient.

Carlos did a wonderful job helping us clean and organize our unfinished basement. We had so much clutter and hadn t cleaned down there for a couple of years. They were very professional, treated items with care, and now I feel like I can use my basement again! I would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends and family.

I hired them and they did a good job for 2 weeks. By week 3 they didnt move the microwave to clean behind it, didnt dust the window sill with plants on it, and failed to clean basics. They blamed me for not inspecting.;
