Carlos Duran The Handyman

Carlos' work is great. He removed popcorn ceiling, fixed drywall cutouts left by electricians, re-textured all wall and ceiling surfaces, and painted the interior and exterior of my property.

Mr. Duran was courteous, on time and did an excellent job. Clean my gutters and painted the existing frame. Will be using him again!!!!!

I have worked with the Duran family for about 15 years...from painting the interior/exterior of two homes, to handyman work, I am always happy with the job they do. The price is right, the guys are respectful and the job is completed appropriately. I'd recommend them highly.

When I called this company, Jose answered the phone and he was very nice to answer all my questions and then offered to come by and give me an appraisal for all the work I needed done. He broke down the materials and labor charges estimated, and the approximate time to complete. I was very happy with his work (Replaced damaged wood and paint on balcony, removed old wall-paper from master bedroom bathroom and painted, replaced sliding door with new french doors, painted master bedroom with 2 tone combination that looks great! Here is the best part, They came under on the original estimate by $175.00! Honest good wor!k

If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, fair and honest and takes pride in the quality of their work then Jose is the one you should hire. I needed caulking replaced around several wood frame windows. Jose removed the old caulking, replaced with new caulking and repainted the wood frame at a reasonable price. He took his time, was neat, and cleaned up after the job. It is great to find someone with integrity whose goal is to do a good job and leave his customers satisfied. I will definitely be calling Jose back with other jobs that I need done around the house.

The Durans are courteous, clean and skilled handymen. They removed a very old and heavy porcelain kitchen sink/faucet and installed a brand new stainless steel sink/faucet for us at a reasonable price. They had to return twice, without charge, due to old plumbing fixtures that continued to leak a little afterwards. I will definitely call on them again.

I hired Jose to do an out-of-the-ordinary job for me - drilling holes in glass blocks from Home Depot - something he had never done before- He never told me he couldn't do it and he never told me he would have to charge me more.
