Mendoza Painting - Unlicensed Contractor

Mr Mendoza is an experienced painter and does quality work. He also does some handyman work. He installed tile and baseboards in my kitchen and bathroom as well as installing my vanity, toilet and towel racks. Additionally, he installed 3 new ceiling fans so he definitely has skills.

I hired Carlos to retile my entryway and fireplace after the tiler who did my bathroom floor (and took a month to do it and told me each small challenge along the way) gave me a high bid. Carlos did fast and excellent quality work. He really knew what he was doing, worked fast, and cleaned up after himself. He really did a beautiful job at a price that made me feel like I was getting great value. Because of that, I also had him do my kitchen floor, too. Again he worked really hard (he stayed late to complete this job on several days so he could get it done in just a matter of days). My kitchen looks great and again at a cost I could manage. Along the way I also had him tighten a faucet and replace a board in my deck. I am likely going to hire him to paint my house, as that is his true expertise though I believe he can do anything. I m telling all my friends about him. Feel like I found someone great.
