Carlos is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional electrician. It was an extremely rare, tricky and strange electrical problem, essentially, the voltage of the house just can't sustain any load of the appliance, even just a microwave, etc. but he patiently troubleshoots it in such a systematic way that he concluded that very likely the issue had something to do with the national grid which is the electricity service provider. He helped out the national grid tech support diagnosed the issue, and indeed it turned out to be a faulty wire connector from national grid to the house!!! Superb job!!! Definitely will hire him again and strongest recommendation to anyone looking for a great electrician professional!!!
