Carlos said he could do the complicated project, when 3 others said it could not been done. Carlos did a magnificent job. Came to give an estimate...was proactive by coming with us to a supply store. Then he worked on some of the project in his place of business. Then he showed up at our house by 10:30 AM and worked until project was completely finished. He left our house at 9PM. He is an extremely skilled handyman. We will most definitely use his services when we remodel our bathrooms and another project that may come up. Excellent work. We are very pleased and can highly recommend Carlos Vazquez as a handyman and much more.

Carlos came to repair the laundry room floor after a plumbing repair had been done. He came prepared, ran into two problems which he brought to our attention, and found solutions for both that were acceptable. He was clean, efficient and worth every cent we paid him. We will call on him again when he is needed.

We needed 2 soffits built to install recessed lighting, faucets installed, lighting installed, some plumbing and light carpentry work, which Carlos did well and in a timely fashion. He arrived around 7:30 am and stayed 12 hours a couple of times. He even came on a Saturday because he knew he would be busy with other jobs during the week. While he was here, the valve on our hot water heater broke. He knew exactly what the problem was, ran to Home Depot, got the parts he needed, and fixed it. Finding Carlos was like hitting the lottery for us.

Carlos is very thorough, neat, answered all my questions, he was a magician, his work is beautiful, very professional, he knew what he was doing, 10x40 deck plus stairs, I couldn't have asked for a better professional to help with my project and have already recommended him to my neighbors

Individual is professional, courteous and thorough. He made sure that the job was done 100% correctly and took all the necessary time to complete the job even after running into problems not of his own making. I highly recommend Carlos!

My brother passed away and I flew in from Houston to attend to his estate. I contacted Carlos and explained my situation and needed to get an estimate on several repairs around my brothers house so I could list it to sell. Carlos arrived at the time we agreed on and gave a very reasonable estimate. He started the next day & worked unsupervised & finished ahead of schedule. His attention to detail far surpassed my expectations and he even lubricated and adjusted some sliding glass doors without a charge. He was very professional and honest. It was very refreshing for someone to do as they say!

Set up a time and Carlos called the night before to make sure we would be home. Arrived on time removed the door and installed the new door. Cleaned up after the work was finished. The job was done so well that I have hired Carlos to do another job for us. If you need a handyman for your next job. HIRE CARLOS.

Carlos and I set up an appointment for him to come out to assess the project. He was on time and stated he could do the project the same day. He was very personable and professional. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I could not have imagined my living room, bedroom, and new carpet looking as good as it did when he completed the job.

Carlos answered my request same day, and came out and did the project same day. He re-chalked the bathroom glass enclosure and found the rubber stripping broken on the door. He replaced the stripping. He was though and cleaned up very well.

Carlos was able to do done extra things for us. He installed ceiling fans and repaired a leaking faucet.
