This pro was first and foremost, polite and thoughtful and very easy to get along with. He and his partner were freindly and very professional as well very knowledgable and just very good at what they do ! Also very reasonable on pricing and willing to work through things with their customer. Excellent job and if needed I would hire him again.

Carlos and his wife were great! Carlos got back to me very quickly and the job was done in 2 days. He was helpful in deciding what I wanted to have done and made needed suggestions. He was very knowledgeable especially for never having seen my house! The price was also reasonable and fair. The rooms he painted look beautiful! I would hire them again for sure.

Carlos recently stripped and painted my Pergola. It was in pretty rough shape. He sanded, scraped, primed and painted it. He was meticulous. No cutting corners. He went above and beyond making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I’ve already asked him to do other projects. I can’t say enough how happy I was with his work!

Carlos did a beautiful job on my front porch. He repaired some of the railings and washed the part of the house in front. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him very highly.

Installed strong framing for area that had a drop ceiling with two electric boxes, trim, and repaired walls. Excellent communication, job completed ahead of schedule, work area broom swept and debris removed daily. Very professional. I trust CRPRADO to work in home again.
