Carl's Affordable Maintenance

Had a rough time getting it scheduled due to former landlord no refunding our security deposit in a timely manner. But Carl hung in there with us and the job was completed quickly once it was underway. Only downside was that communication was difficult with no email address to contact him with.

Carl was the most accommodating person to deal with. He was on the job shortly after I contacted him. He was efficient and completed the job within a short amount of time. I felt like I received much more than I paid for. Carl not only does a great job, he is the nicest person to deal with. Good work for a fair price

Carl immediately gave me a call not even a minute after I hit send on my email. He offered to come out and give us a quote the very next day. We weren't able to do it then but scheduled a time a few days later. He came out on time and within a few hours gave us a quote. My wife and I expected it to be quite higher due of the work involved (stump removal, clearing vines on chain link fence, mowing grass, etc). He worked on the yard all day while we were at work and wouldn't accept payment until we saw it and were fully satisfied. He did an outstanding job! We highly recommend him - you won' be sorry using Carl!
