Call the great job on my kitchen sink. Call came on Friday instead of Saturday. This was great since I work on Saturday and had to leave, Job was complete within the hour. I would recommend Carl custom heating/air conditioning and plumbing services for everyone who needs plumbing and air condition/ heater repairs

He showed up to fix it and had to go get some fittings. No big deal. He comes back puts it all on and one of the compression fittings is leaking. He tries to put a hanger on it but it didn't work. Now the shutoff at the street won't shut off all the way and he says he will have to come back tomorrow. I still have water leaking in my house at this point. Then I notice a smell and after a few minutes, it hits me. It was alcohol. Super nice guy but I won't use him again.

I have never seen a service professional work as hard as Carl did. His experience in this field is top notch. His attitude is wonderful. He's honest and has integrity. What impressed me the most was that from the start when he came to give me an estimate, he didn't try to talk down to me or over my head. He explained in detail what it would require to replace my old beast and put in an American Standard Silver Series efficient furnace. He knows the latest EPA issues and efficiency aspects so he will be sure you are informed about what is best for your heating situation. He worked hard throughout the day, and had to make a couple extra trips because my old house was completely built by squirrels! He always had a smile on his face! Cleaned up nicely and explained to me how to work my thermostat and put in for my warranty. He also guaranteed his work so I know I could call on him if I had to. The cost was very reasonable especially after Mike and Sappio guy Phil came out previously to light my pilot, charged me $119 and then tried to push a financing/replacement deal at me. I think Carl is probably one of the nicest, most professional guys I have met in years! Thanks Carl. I love my new furnace. She's purring!

I called Carl on Monday and he was here at 8 AM sharp on Tuesday to change my water heater out. He had the brand I was wanting and he did an outstanding job on replacing it. I also needed a line replaced and Carl replaced it without charging me an arm and a leg for it. Carl did this job for about $300 cheaper then the other 5 plumbers I talk to that gave me quotes. I’m very satisfied and happy with the job Carl did for me. I will be using him in the future for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs that may arise. It’s nice to have someone do a job and charge a fair price and do an awesome job. Thanks Carl.

Carl,just did a major under the house sewage system upgrade for me. I couldn't be happier. I just showed him what problems I was having on Saturday. While he was here, he even showed me other problems I had going on. He immediately started working on the major problem I had. He just finished the work today (Tuesday). I would highly recommend Carl to anyone.

After calling around to get our air conditioner repaired, with no success, we found Carl and he made time to come out the next day. We are very pleased with Carl and will recommend him to everyone.

After being disappointed with five or six other A/C contractors and their outrageous bids, I called Carl's Custom Air & Plumbing Services at 11:45 this morning and Carl answered. I told him I had a plumbing issue (a pipe leaking water) and an air conditioning issue (air conditioning would not cool and condenser would not function). Carl said he could be over in 45 minutes. He showed up at 12:30 and had both issues diagnosed within 15 minutes. He told me what I could do myself, if I wanted to, to fix the plumbing issue, so it wouldn't cost me much of anything. He looked over the air condition system, which dates back to the 40s, and had it running and cooling within the hour. It is running better now than it ever has. He said although the unit is old it is not a bad system and has some life left to it, even after I asked him for a bid for a new A/C and Heating system. I was prepared for what I heard from previous A/C contractors when I asked him how much do I owe him. To my astonishment, he charged me about 1/4th to 1/3rd the amount the other A/C contractors had bid. All the other contractors didn't really want to repair the unit, but tried, instead, to sell me a whole new system. I found Carl to be not only punctual but more importantly, honest and fair, a straight shooter who doesn't try to gig you. Further, he is most knowledgeable and experienced with both plumbing and heating and air conditioning. What a relief it was to find Carl. I would recommend Carl's Custom Air & Plumbing Services to everyone.

Carl's Custom Air & Plumbing Services did several projects for us, he provided plumbing advice for the support of several pipes that were in need of stronger support. He also did work on our Central AC System, and performed several monoxide gas tests at our residence. Carl was very helpful, he provided a great value for the price, and he was very flexible with his time throughout the project.

He came right out and estimated the cost, got the part and was out the next day, which was a Saturday, and installed the part.
