Prompt and professional, cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Joe was very nice and honest. He recommended a different company for the water filter but was thorough in his analysis of the other projects I wanted done. He didn't treat my smaller requests as insignificant, but was informative and helpful

We found Joe to be thorogh and conscientious in his work. He cleared a clogged drain (emergency service) and was very careful about cleaning up after the work. His price was fair.

I would like to mention that I liked Joe. Carlson Contracting is a company that has lots of pros: - very quick to respond, will come on a short notice - Joe was polite, professional - they have FAIR price - adequate quality I bet he will be the guy I'll call in the middle of the night to fix busted pipe. However the main reason why I didn't put 5 stars for work quality is because aesthetics aspect of the work suffers... Basically it is "Get things done. FAST" I'm not blaming Joe, it's is "Iron Triangle" after all: it's either cheap and fast or slow and expensive :)

Joe, who inspected the problem gave me some very good information to help me decide how to handle my issue.

We had Joe coming to quote on gas pipe installation. That morning I found that our hot water heater had sprung a leak. When Joe arrived I asked if he could help with this problem. He quoted a good price for a new 75 gallon water heater & installed it the very next day. He did an excellent job! We are very pleased with his work & will be using him again soon.

This was a very simple problem to resolve, but the gentleman from Carlson Contracting called ahead to let us know his name and that he was on his way. He was on time, and and got right to it. The work to be done was explained and finished quickly. I would call them again or recommend them to others.
