It all worked out just fine. They were able to get the heater going by installing two batteries in the thermostat and clicking the heater on. It remains a mystery as to why the heater stopped working. They could not definately tell me why the heater stop and would not run. I quess $120 service call for two batteries is fair since they did get the heater going.

They showed up on time and handled the repair as quickly as possible.

Justin went above and beyond the service required.He came out later than the usual work day and in freezing conditions giving us back our heat. Excellent service.

They were able to come out and get the repair done the same day I put the request in. The work was excellent.

During a week of 15 degree weather our furnace stopped working properly. Carlton was able to fit us in on the very day I called and took care of the problem. They called when they were on their way so I was able to stay at work instead of waiting at my house for a 3 hour window (in a freezing cold house!) These guys were great. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had a problem with our Gas Furnace Fan not shutting off. It just kept running. We had this looked at 2 years in a row, and really never got it properly fixed. Carlson assured us that he could fix it, and that even if the part was obsolete (38+ year old furnace), they could jimmy a fix with a Generic part. He sent out Justin, who looked over the problem, found a broken setting control, which was probably broken for a long time, took down a bunch of numbers, and came back on Monday, with the part. He put the part in the furnace in the amount of time he said he would. Didn't charge a nickel over what he said he would. I'd rate them A+.

Justin arrived on time and fixed the problem with my furnace in a reasonable time and answered my numerous questions. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm quite satisfied with the service I received from Carlson Services, Inc.

We recommend this company. They understood the basics and had our furnace running within 5 minutes. Also they have solid knowledge on the internal component functionality. In the event we have a problem again they pointed us in the right direction to get it fixed in the future.

Scheduled us in right away; technician arrived on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; answered all my many questions and showed me how to do some things with my furnace and water heater that I didn't know how to do; rates were very reasonable.

These guys were awesome. They called me before i was even off their web site to make an appontment. jeremy came out the next day he was both professional and personable and quickly made the diagnoses and had the furnace running in under 1 hour. Would recommend them and have them back, thanks Guys!

They were right on the spot! Right after I submitted the request to servicemagic I received a call from them and they said they could have somebody at my house within 3 hours. And they did! They were honest and straightfoward with the repairs. The cost, seemed about right for what they did.

The service was prompt. The serviceman spent time explaining rountine maintenance to perform on my own to save money. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but he took the time to also look over my home's breaker box as well as the AC unit.

They showed up at our place of bussiness with no parts and offered to go get the parts at 80 or 90 dollars a hour. I didn't get the job completed and Not happy with the service at all.

Carlson Services was able to get a technician to our place on the same day that we called with the problem. The technician (Justin) diagnosed the problem promptly, corrected the problem, and got our system back in operation in no time... It has been working fine ever since. Justin was good at explaining any questions, and definitely worked to solve the existing problem without trying to sell me on a bunch of additional services. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlson Services to others.

Carlson Services was �Johnny-on-the-spot� in the initial contact (within 20 minutes by phone). We were able to schedule prompt service that was mutually accommodating. Justin identified the ice maker problem and fixed it promptly and correctly. We had a little problem with the size of the ice cubes after �the fix�; Justin returned within an hour of our call and corrected the problem without charge as all of the work is guaranteed. Excellent, accurate service; but, as any specialty service, it ain�t cheap! The �fix� costs more than the original ice maker. They do air conditioners as well as other cooling systems, too. He was great, on time, very communicative about what did and did not need to be done. He also made some recommendations on heat-loss.

The customer service for Carlson Services was fantastic! They were quick, efficient and incredibly professional.

Jeremy was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and did not perform any unwarranted services. In the end it turned out a simple filter change helped a bit, but ultimately my nearly 20 year old A/C was doing the best it could. I asked for a bid for future consideration and found it on my email the very next day. I know in home work can be very aggravating and have many of us not knowing, or trusting the very people we've called to help us, so please know that I'd call this company again with no reservations.

It was so nice to have such a profesional working on are new heat pump.After installing he made sure everything was working great,before leaving.Also he was well organized so it took them very little time to install.

Even on the hottest day of the year and after no one else would even come to look at our Air Conditioner Carlson Services made the time for an emergency call to our home. The person Jeremy sent over to the house was very professional and answered any questions that I had. Although the Air was not able to be fixed that day he did know what was wrong and came back the next day with the correct parts and fixed our problem. I would recommend Carlson Services, Inc. to everyone. Thanks to Jeremy for calling me back on such short notice.
