Our "master craftsman" installers are highly skilled carpenters as well, making almost any type of installation or project possible. Our high-quality "energy star" product line is diverse, and offers options to fit anyone's budget. Our sales team believes in presenting these options, and looking at each individual's situation in order to recommend which product works best for that individual, and their budget. Signed contract with SP with a deposit of $800.00 in October 2007. SP was scheduled to do work Dec 2007. Workman showed up unprepared to do job, says he doesn't know what is going on with the company. SP appears to be going out of business and not responding to calls, emails, anything. Will not contact us or return calls to reschedule job. We filed complaint with State Contractor's Board for job abandonment.

Single New Window Installation
I had a service go out. They did the estimate and I gave the credit card #'S. The glass was to be in in 3 days. Two weeks later I have not heard from them and no call back. but I did leave a message for them. I assumed it was done as I am out of state.

The windows were not available on the day they were to be installed. Carma did not tell me in advance they were not in. I had to move furnishings twice. When the windows were installed 2 do not work properly and need to be reordered. The installation is only fair, with visible caulking at the window joints. Three of the windows were supposed to be installed without flanges, but they came with flanges and Carma did not discover this until they were at my home and unable to install them without modification. While I agree most of the issues are manufacturing issues, Carma should have double checked the product.
