Russell and his crew (sons) were at my house shortly after 8 AM on Monday, May 23, 2022. He and I had a long and great conversation regarding what my needs were. I agreed to his offer and they went right to work. I can’t say enough about how thorough and efficiently their work was done. Carman Maintenance is my new lawn maintenance company.

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Carman Maintenance did a great job. Arrived when expected and trimmed a large bougainvillea. Removed part of the fence to get to the plant, cleaned up, and put everything back together.

Very much no attention to details. Bill the owner very nice man and always sent his crew back to fix what they missed and I was ok with that until I came home the last time and both gates to my yard were left unsecured. I have 3 dogs so that was not cool.

We had a wood privacy fence that was put on backwards and uneven. These guys turned it around and adjusted the heights of the 8 foot sections to make them all even. They did an excellent job, in a timely manner, and for a great price! Carman's prices are better than his competitors, but his jobs are very high quality. We used him before for junk removal and will use him again for other work.

They took on a beast of a job clearing a .31 acre vacant lot that was overgrown. They worked fast and job the job completed within promised time frame. Extreme value for the money! Don't hesitate, book today! I will be using them again!

Cut and edged lawn, cut dead palm fronds, removed dead tree and bush, trimmed banana tree and shaped hedges - did an excellent job. Also, hauled quite a bit of junk from garage - did an excellent job. All at a reasonable price. I will certainly recommend and use their services again. Job well done!
