Carmel Exteriors LLC performed a complete roofing replacement, gutter replacement and interior painting on our house, related to storm/hail damage. They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry. These are good and highly competent people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Very good company to deal with. We talked to several organizations and settled on Carmel Exteriors LLC. The company was very thorough in explaining the process and timing of the roofing project. The entire team kept us informed and communicated with us regularly. I would definitely hire Carmel Exteriors LLC again if I had need of their services.

Our roof was damaged in a hail storm a few weeks ago. Demand for roofing was high and most companies were charging a super premium price, and even more if the insurance would pay it! Carmel exteriors did not price gouge us, although they were not the cheapest, with a great warranty! They backed that up with professionalism in the actual roofing. We are highly pleased and would recommend them!

It has been a few weeks since we had Carmel Exteriors LLC replace the roof and paint the trim on our house. We wanted to wait some time because we wanted to make sure no leaks or problems appeared, and we must say we have been nothing but pleased after many rainy days! Actually getting the work done was a lot faster than expected. We have never had to replace a roof before but we definitely did not expect it to be done in 2 days! Even though the work was completed quickly it was obvious that they are professionals. Not even a nail was found after they left! We surely recommend Carmel Exteriors Roofing. Maybe they are not the cheapest option, but you get a much higher quality experience!

The work went smoothly despite multiple consecutive days of rain. The guys came out even when they knew they likely would not be able to work a full day! We were impressed with their dedication. We were also impressed with their willingness to meet the requirements I have them. We had iron framed Gates and we are concerned that we would not be able to find a company to install them. Sean was very patient and accommodating throughout the process!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Absolutely amazing service! We could not have asked for quality and detail. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic! Dallas and his crew took the time to protect our landscaping and flowers and completely cleaned up after the project. Deciding on which company to trust was a difficult decision to make, especially when spending a good deal of money! Believe me when I tell you that you will get more than your money's worth with them!

Recently I called Carmel exteriors to fix my old roof that was badly in need of repair. They shingled the angled roof and repaired the sunken flat roof with new wood and it only took a couple of days! Honestly we couldn't be happier! Our home looks great, and even better now with knowing that our roof was replaced correctly!

Matthew was timely and arrived as requested, he covered all subjects and answered all of our questions confidently. Pricing was reasonable. When the workers showed up they were on schedule and professional. Derek was excellent to work with and asked for feedback. My complete roof and trim painting was completed by noon the second day! Our experience was excellent, their company is great and I found no pieces anywhere! I highly recommend this roofing company!

We chose to have our roof done by Carmel exteriors after vetting numerous local companies. We are impressed. They were professional and easy to work with. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. As far as we are concerned you won't find a better roofer in the Indy area, we definitely recommend them!

"Thank you for pointing out the added benefit of using our full-service exterior company as opposed to a trade-specific company. The majority of our Builders are lifetime craftsmen and have been close family/ friends in the industry for a very long time."

The day before they were supposed to start they delayed us by a "half day" then only an hour before noon rescheduled for the next day! The work was good but they wasted a day of my time. They were apologetic but would not adjust the price for my time..
Response from Carmel Exteriors, LLC
"David thank you for the criticism as we find it constructive! Here at Carmel Exteriors LLC, we work tirelessly to serve our customers as if our careers depend upon each and everyone because they do! All of us at the company are absolutely dedicated to our craft and our customers. We are absolutely apologetic for the delays that arose. However, it was actually 22 hours' notice that we would be starting? sometime in the afternoon? due to additional structural repairs at the previous job being discovered on the backside of the home on the last day, with the possibility of needing to start the following day. Also, that your presence would not be required, although it is welcomed. You did not indicate that you expected any type of discount on your balance until after we had completed the project, upon which we offered you a large portion of the net profit of the project and you refused. We are grieved at the outcome of your experience and hope you decide to renegotiate the dilemma so that we may reach a fair and amicable resolution. Best, Carmel Exteriors LLC."
