    We lost some of our pool tiles over the winter. I called Shaun for an estimate to repair/replace lost tiles. He submitted bid and I accepted his reasonable price. Yesterday his people showed up on time. They were very easy to work with and very detail oriented. They completed the work, cleaned up the pool area and left everything in great shape. I would recommend Carmona Pool Services based on my experience with Shaun.

    They do show up. Only negatives were I did not know there were so many leaves in the pool they could have swept up. Just dumped chemicals and left everything out in the open. When I asked about filter, they suggested new one. Hired a different company and they said it was just a wire loose and it works beautifully now. Not worth the money at all.

    My summer experience with Carmona Pools was excellent. They were reliable, easy to contact and affordable. The quality and pride they put into there work was easily seen after every weekly service. I also used them for my opening and closing/winterizing and the process was great!


    DO NOT USE THEM. I called them in the spring as I needed work to be done on my pool. On the phone Shaun is a great guy, a sweetheart. But do not be fooled. HE WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING AS SOON AS HE IS PAID. The first day the work was scheduled nobody showed. When I called he graciously apologized and rescheduled. Nobody came the next time either. When I called him upset that I was stuck at home yet another day his answer was someone was supposed to have called you We scheduled again and he sent a worker Brendan. a great guy who should work for a more trusted employer. Brendan said he could not do the job and Shaun was going to come that Saturday. I confirmed with Shaun the night before and he assured me he was coming. I stayed home all day Saturday. No show and no answer on his phone. He called 2 days later and claims his phone was broken. Biendan then came a few days later and did most of the job. His prices are way high but I paid them. He did not finish the job but assured me that Shaun would finish it soon and tie up all the loose ends that he could not complete. That was mid may. Shaun was supposed to come by early June. He personally told me he would put me on the schedule. Since early June I have called him and texted him EVERY WEEK for over 2 months. He has not had the decency to return a call or text. I paid him $1,000 for a job he never finished. It is now the end of August. After 2 months I reached out to Brendan. He texted me that he knows they did not do the right thing and assured me that Shaun would call the next day and that they would finish the work on my pool. That was a week ago and nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY USE THEM. THE FEES ARE HIGH AND THE JOB WAS NEVER DONE YET IT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL. CALL SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS RELIABLE. HE IS NOT. YOU CAN CONTACT ME DIRECTLY FOR ANY INFO BUT PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
