Carnes Appliance installed a new icemaker in our refrigerator. After they left it started leaking and was making ice very slowly. We tried for a week to get in touch with them and left several messages. They would not answer their phone and they never called us back.

I haven't had this poor a customer service experience in a LONG time. They're completely unreliable. Didn't show up the first time they scheduled. Once they showed up they started the repair but needed order a part and disappeared another 2 weeks. Had to get Service Magic involved. Promised to come out and didn't show. Finally came out and left piece off and left. They reluctantly came back to finish when I threatened to cancel the check (which they ran and deposited at an ATM). Overall horrible experience.

"On this I will say my tech was out the same day we ordered the parts and repaired his unit.We also gave him a discounted rate for it taking longer to repair his unit due to health issues with the owner of our company and everyone was aware of this and his refrig is working in normal conditions and some customers can not be understanding on other peoples needs as well!"
