We are sharing our experience to help others avoid what we have been going through with Lowe?s Home Improvement and their installer, Carolina Construction & Restoration, LLC We paid in full for kitchen cabinets and installation through Lowe?s. The installation was handled by, now named, Carolina Construction & Restoration, INC is out of Lillington NC. On July 17, 2025, during installation, damaged cabinets were installed?even though the installer inspected them beforehand. Since then, this has been an ongoing issue for over 10 months: ? Multiple quality control orders (2 total) have been created by Lowe?s Executive Consumer Relations, Lowes Field Manager, and Kraftmaid Cabinet Representative, confirming cabinet and materials damage. ? Replacement cabinets have been delivered and installed, but additional problems continue to be identified ? our kitchen is still not fully functional after all this time ? We requested a refund due to the ongoing issues, and Lowe?s has refused

A plumber from another company installed our plumbing in our new construction home. The main line cap failed and flooded our crawl space. It was a nightmare. We wanted a new reliable company so we chose CCR. They responded quickly and dried out our crawl space. They replaced faulty pipes and restored our water promptly. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend CCR.
