Luis is very friendly and professional. He makes recommendations and identifies additional things that my need to be addressed. He is pricey had the highest quote of 3 contractors I contacted but was available and willing to start on the weekend. They left my property unsecured and debris was outside of the come making it look like a construction site. They put up light fixtures but did not screw them in. One actually fell inches from my mother's head. They put up light fixtures but did not put the bulbs back in although they were where they put them. In one room the light fixture was not put back at all. They left debris from the ceiling on top of the cabinets. Left the outside water faucet running. There is a visible seam in every room where the tape is applied that was supposed to be sanded and smoothed. Another light fixture was not hung properly it's hanging lower that it's supposed to. And stained a recently painted deck with painted footsteps. DO NOT HIRE this company. I wish I could upload pictures. Horrible company.

They were so helpful and worked hard to make my ceilings look perfect even when the job got increasingly more complicated and timely. I was questioning whether it was worth it to contract this job out or do it myself and after seeing all the skill and expertise that went into it, I am so thankful I decided to go with CCS.

Luis and members of his crew were friendly though communication was inconsistent from the beginning. He quoted me a price for the work to be done, but then questioned his own quote when he arrived for the job. I was given very few specific instructions as to how to prepare my house for the work until I asked for them the day before the crew was to get started. It did not seem as though Luis had a stable crew to work with, and on more than one occasion he reported workers did not show up as he had planned. The job lasted three days longer than originally anticipated, my house was left a wreck, there were spots that had not been sanded/repaired properly, paint was torn off walls that weren't being repainted that will now have to be repaired, fixtures were damaged, and Luis stopped returning my messages after cashing my check. Over all is was a disappointing experience, and I feel mislead by Home Advisors recommendation.

When Luis realized I was thinking of selling my home he convinced me that removal of the popcorn ceiling should be a decision made by the buyers. Based on his honesty I hire him to paint two exterior doors. He is very intelligent, experienced, a good listener and I trust he will do a great job on this project and future jobs.

Luis and his crew were very professional, timely and personable. We have other work to be done and will not hesitate to hire Carolina Contracting solutions again!!

Excellent work on vaulted ceilings! Luis and his team were professionals who worked steadily and delivered a beautiful product. Although removing popcorn is a messy job, Luis promised me " it would be perfect" and he was right. I plan to hire him again for other projects!

The work they did was very sloppy. From what I can tell, he was rushing so that he could get to the next job. I had to hire another contractor to come in and finish up the work because he stopped responding to my calls. I would not recommend him for any sort of project.

Luis was very professional and easy to work with. He communicated well with me on the progress during the project. There were a few places where the wall and ceiling met that could have been sanded better, but other than that the ceilings look amazing and the attention to detail is awesome! Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be calling Luis when it is time to do the downstairs ceilings.

Luis is a real professional and made sure we were fully satisfied with all of the work before accepting payment. My only (very minor) issue was with a small amount of paint on some trim where they cut in in one room, which was easily fixed. We were so happy with his work we contracted with him for an additional job while he was here and plan on working with him again when we are ready to do the ceilings in the rest of the house.

Very detailed workmanship. Pride in the job well done. Extremely polite. Did a great job cleaning up after what is a very messy job.
