Carolina Cool, Inc., Provides full commercial and residential mechanical services including 24-hour HVAC / Plumbing response and Preventative Maintenance programs that are designed to reduce your overall cost of ownership. Specialties include Indoor Air Quality, and Humidity Control. Our service activities are initiated, managed and updated by service specific software. This programming assures our high quality, efficient services are performed on a regular basis, that maintenance tasks are not overlooked, and that equipment profiles are developed to ensure the necessary maintenance and repairs for each piece of equipment on each visit. And the excellent rapport that exists with our subcontractors and suppliers provides us the ability and flexibility to give our customers the best team for the job at the best value.

Timely response to requests and an actual person answers the phones. Easy account set-up and detailed in writing what services would cover. I started service contracts with Carolina Cool and actually had to call for two high priority problems in which they were on-site within hours. I haven't done business with them for long, but so far so good!

took forever to replace vanity. Female "plumber" was called to finish job, when we returned to home, vanity didnt work (drawers crooked, holes in walls) completely unprofessional. Company had another contractor come and redo entire job until 11pm.

The Carolina Cool electrician was Todd Barron, who turned out to be a real gem. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it promptly, efficiently, competently and courteously. I have no hesitation whatever in praising his work and his humanity. He fixed my problem when two others had given up on it, so you can see why I think so highly of his work.

Carolina Cooling was excellent. They were prompt on their service call and explained everything that they found and what it would take to correct the problem. They were quick to repair the HVAC unit and professional in their work. I would highly recommend them to others in the area.

The service technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about my system. He informed me about the new freon rules going into effect but did not pressure me into a new system at this time. He offered a discount on their twice year inspections. I will consider them for a new system in the future.

They were the first ones to call me after submitting my request. They were very affordable and took the time to really service my a/c unit and explain to me everything they were doing and what I can do to help save on costs. They even did a minor fix on the pipes leading out of the water pan. They provided excellent service and we signed a one year contract with them for two maintenance visits per year going forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Carolina Cooling & Plumbing went to my condo and made an estimate on installing a new water heater. When we came to an agreement,they did the work for me. The price seemed fair. I have not seen the work yet, but will soon since I am traveling there from Pa. They seemed efficient, but am still awaiting the invoice I requested.
