The appointment was set and Wes came when he was supposed to--he called first to be sure we were ready for him. He was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to rewire our VCR, adjust the TV sound and color, reviewed the operation as I wrote it all down. Then, he had me to perform the procedures for recording from the TV and playing a DVD. It was all very professional, and my husband and I are glad we had this done.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and how professional the technician (Wes) was, when he came to my home and mounted my 37' tv on the wall in my bedroom. He made sure that things were precise and showed me how to manage my remote controls and connected all of my other audio components. Wes did a wonderful job and I will recommend Carolina Custom Sound to anybody who needs this type of "professional" work done.

Fantastic work. The wiring is completely hidden and the TV seems securely mounted in exactly the spot we requested. I highly recommend this company.
