Brittany and Alex did a fantastic job. Marshall was very friendly when he scheduled the visit. I would hire them again. They cleaned every vent thoroughly. They were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. It was a very good experience. I am very pleased. The deodorizer, sanitizing did not bother my asthma. The coast was very affordable.

It went awefull. When they showed up I asked if they would remove all the ducts to clean each one. They said it was to hard to remove them and they didn't. I asked well how are you going to make sure each one is clean, and he said they would be cleaned from the air intake location, all the way to the wall grate. After they left a friend removed the grates from the ducts to expose the ducts and they were absolutly not cleaned at all, they are filthy, full of visible and touchable dirt. I have a respiratory issue and this is the reason why I hired a professional to clean ducts. The worker offered to use the chemical. I asked if it had an oder and he said it smelled like bleach and I declined that service. It would have been stupid to spray that inside filthy ducts and claim they are clean. Furthermore I was told on the phone that an industrial vaccume would be used off the vehicle. When workers came they said they would not use that, and instead used a shop vaccume which was inadequate, since I can see the ducks are not cleaned at all. Additionally I was overcharged for the ( lack of) service grossly. I now have the information of a duck cleaner in my condos neighborhood who does the job for $200, including ALL vents. I was charged 300 and They didn't even clean my dryer duct, which should have been part of the duck cleaning job. I want a full refund. Additionally, the one worker smelled like beer and left his drill here which I still have. I do not want to deal with this substandard company again if at all possible.

Very good experience with this company from front to back. Great, prompt, customer service from Marshall on the phone when I put in the lead, followed up by a very good experience with Travis and Jimmy on the job. They showed up right on time, despite Travis even being on crutches with a broken foot! They were very friendly efficient and explained everything as they went, and gave some great advice about how to maintain the system going forward. Had a good discussion about getting my fireplace up and running too when the time comes. Definitely will be using this company again for any HVAC needs in the future!

They were real friendly and knew what they were doing. They did a good job.

First, they didn?t ask how many vents there were and seemed to miss a few that weren?t immediately visible. Second, the cleaning could have been more thorough?some vents weren?t brushed, and there?s still noticeable dust in places.

Alex's "can do" attitude made the difference. They far exceeded my expectations. Now, my clothes dryer exhaust is no longer stopped-up and the air vented from two bathrooms is now vented outside (instead of into the attic).

I was told that they would clean my supply and return ducts all the way to the unit. they showed up with a brush around 6' and the technician told me that was what they used. At one point they said they were done with the return duct and were about to replace my return filter and grate when I asked them to hold so I could take a look. The duct was just as filthy as it was before they touched it. When I asked if they could prove that they cleaned the other ducts by taking pictures they said it would cost $250 more to do that. They did not do anything to my duct and if I had not looked for myself they would have happily taken my money and left. This is a scam company do NOT hire.

The company was very responsive to calls and emails. Bryce kept me updated on his arrival time and on his progress as he worked. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned any stray dirt and dust as he went, so there was no mess to worry about.

ON TIME- KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO - POLITE-

Hired them off of Angi?s List due to their ratings. Hired them for duct work cleaning, chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Chimney cleaning, No vacuum attachment was used and the room filled with dirt from the chimney and covered the hardwood floor. A fan was needed and windows opened to draw out the dirt. Before they left, a mop and swiffer was used to try and clean up the mess, to no avail. When contacted about the mess on the floor, the response was defensive and unprofessional. Last conversation was that they will get back to me, however, no response. I ended up cleaning the floor with oil soap and polish on my hands and knees. And vacuuming the furniture. Will definitely NOT recommend.

3/15/24 Destiny came to clean and sanitize air/heating vents and dryer vent. Cleaned dryer vent, but pretended to clean air/heating vents. I am elderly and she took advantage of me by not cleaning the air/heating vents that I paid for. I asked for a refund for the air/heating and was told by Marshall in Asheville NC that would not happen. My daughter discovered the air/heating vent had not been touched or cleaned.
