Carolina Foundation Solutions did an outstanding job installing eight helical piers to improve my homes foundation. From the very beginning their team demonstrated professionalism, deep knowledge, and a clear commitment to doing the job right. The crew including, Jim, Herman, and Jamal were efficient, respectful of my property, and clearly experienced in their work. The integrity and customer service that these gentlemen along with Miranda in the home office and Peter who first assessed the issues and explained what was required to get the job done was nothing short of exceptional! David and Adan were our foundation technicians. They protected our walks and lawn by using plywood for their machine to drive on, and for it to sit on when digging. They put down plastic to pile the dug-out soil on. They communicated with us well and worked with skill and care. It was a difficult job, but everything was neat and clean when they were done.
