Basically, If you hire us your door will work correctly. You'll save money in the long run. Shopping around for low prices may be okay for certain things, but a working garage door system is nothing to skimp on. Instead of shopping the lowest cost, shop the highest value, shop the person doing the work, but it's best not to shop for the lowest price on a garage door repair / system. There is NO SERVICE CHARGE and we give FREE ESTIMATES in Kings Mountain ONLY. Our service fee / estimate fee in other towns is $165.00. The 165 is deducted from a final invoice if you choose our services. The cost ensures we engage with people who are serious about having a working door system. If you simply need to gather prices, I don't give phone quotes. Our cost exceeds normal market prices because our work is superior.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
We were very impressed with our new garage door installed by Heath. He worked alone, removed the old garage door and installed the new one in a timely manner.
Heath is very professional and explained the installation process in depth. He is a very neat worker and cleaned up after the installation, which you rarely see these days. He displayed excellent customer service.
We will definitely be using his services in the future as warranted and will share our great experience with family, friends and acquaintances.

Heath is knowledgeable and is easy to deal with, communicates well. He did not try to pressure me into 'extra' stuff, but I will definitely call him when I need the other garage door replaced! He installed safety feature in addition to door replacement. It's great to find people who take pride in their work! Would absolutely recommend.

Heath at CGD was the first to respond when asking for a quote. His bid was very reasonable (was the lowest!) and he provided us with multiple options to take care of our doors. When we changed our minds on style of door to be installed, he quickly reordered the doors and still installed them in the time frame he promised. The door look great, the work was outstanding and ...Heath is a great guy! (He even gave me a free bottle of degreaser for my bike!) I will use them again and highly recommend Carolina Garage Doors.

Heath was great to work with! We saw products and got quotes from the other 2 companies recommended here on Service Magic and Heath obviously had a better product for about the same price, in addition to the fact that his is a family business and they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. He even added some commercial-duty parts at no charge. He was clean, funny and intelligent. He noticed and corrected many things that others overlooked in their estimates and he stuck to the quoted price. He took the time to observe and explain our headroom requirements and offer solutions for uneven concrete. Heath did a great, professional job!

Simply put, Carolina Garage Door rocks! A guy named Heath Herndon, nickname G-1 came out and fixed some problems after 3 other companies tried unsuccessfully. Not only did he save me the cost of a new electronic opener but he came out on a Saturday and did not charge any service call, just his time and parts. He IS a professional who knows what he's doing and he was very pleasant and friendly. He does things the right way the first time unlike the others My garage door now works better than it did when it was new...and not nearly as noisy. People like Heath make this world a better place. The customer service is GREAT!!! Heath was the first guy to call me. He came out the same day to look at the garage and he was VERY AFFORDABLE, he was nice, and he took the time to answer ALL my questions. He came back the next day to install a new garage door. He was on time, he did a GREAT JOB, he cleaned up,hauled the old door off, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Heath, THANKS A LOT AND YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!

New garage door was expertly installed and looks great--a huge improvement. The job was completed in a short amount of time despite the hottest weather. The guys even moved many boxes of junk out of the garage and back in when the door was finished. I would definitely recommend them.
