? 1-Star Review ? Granite Visions I am absolutely heartbroken with the experience I?ve had with Granite Visions. This kitchen was supposed to be my dream space ? something I?ve waited years to finally update ? and they completely ruined it. The granite they installed looks nothing like quality craftsmanship. The seams are crooked, the edges are rough, and the entire countertop looks like it was thrown together with no care at all. What hurts the most is how dismissive and unreliable Jimy has been. He promised multiple times that he would come back to fix the mess they made, and every single time he just didn?t show up. No call, no apology, nothing. Now he won?t even answer the phone. I?ve never dealt with a company that showed so little respect for a customer. I put my trust in Granite Visions to help bring my dream kitchen to life, and instead they turned it into a daily reminder of a terrible mistake. I would strongly warn anyone considering them: don?t risk your money.

Both the counter tops and the back splash were completed with the upmost care. The professional Jimy Hernandez surpassed my expectations and helped in choosing the backsplash as I asked for his expert advice. Aneil was very detailed and precise with his craft as well as being polite and focused on the job at hand. I would recommend both contractors and add that they took special care with regards to our home cleaning diligently after themselves in a very professional manner.

They arrived much later in the day than agreed to, however their work quality was excellent and they accomplished the job in a short amount of time.

The installation was excellent, appearance is outstanding. Some minor issues with arrival time, I was told they would arrive around 1pm, but actually arrived closer to 2:30pm.

They did a very good job, was very professional, on time and prompt.

Best price and sevice, Jimy and team can't be beat. love them.
