After dealing with several companies and having salespeople visit and pitch their companies products, It was entirely refreshing that Rob was able to communicate and explain without the "Car salesman attitude". His ability to utilize his people skills made my decision within minutes of speaking with him for the first time. No "B S", just plain facts and figures is what sold me. The installation was clean and quick which reflected on years of experience of doing it right the first time. Now only time and support will be needed from this point on.
