I cannot give a measurable rating b/c not much has been done. I specifically ask for turn around time for completion, b/c I didnt t hire if you are jumping from job to job I was told 2 weeks for materials to come in by then all tile and brick should be removed. (Also the only antagonist would be weather which we have had at least 3/4 days of rain since the project began.) And we should began the repairs. Iâ ve not seen the materials that i ve paid for nor the work much they were here for 2 days starting @11:30 gone by 4 1/d and the next stopped by pick up equip while I was here. I am afraid my grandkids want swim this summer at all. Iâ m extremely sad I did not visit this site prior to hiring them. I know I would not have. I only hope I can go back and reverse this review and that will be solely contingent upon my grand kids swimming in pool this summer. We have worked with them for years. Had someone install a liner in 2015 that fell apart; paid $5000, work was done in 1 day, and done incorrectly. Steve and crew came out and removed the liner, smoothed out the bottom, replaced the pump. It took a couple of weeks, but I did not want this done in a day because of what happened the last time we had a liner replaced. When we have problems they are prompt about coming out and fixing them.

They received payment in the middle April removed liner, first liner to install was wrong, ordered new liner, promised it would be installed by Memorial Day Weekend. That has come and gone and now will not return calls, texts, or emails on when the project will be completed

Do not hire him, he does not have any integrity.

Job is not complete yet, as we agreed on it being completed in parts. The first part went very smoothly, so we expect complete satisfaction after all is done.
