"We were happy to cut up all the wood into fire wood size pieces. For liability, my employees are not allowed to use your wood splitter which was stated up front. It was also repeatedly stated each time you asked the guys to split your firewood for you. Firewood size pieces mean small enough to handle but not split. I would recommend you buying firewood already split in the future. The price was heavily discounted for you because you are a senior. We also moved all the wood for you and stacked it next to your wood splitter. We spent an extra day there in doing so and did not charge you any additional money. We did that out of our concern for you"

Duke Power will trim the tree so it clears the lines for safety; but when the trees are safe and on your property, Duke made the decision not to remove; therefore, its your responsibility. As far as the small deposit; its non refundable as we successfully coordinated the one drop for you. Technically, you"
