There is a chip left in the customers tub and the contractors did not come to fix the problem nor are they answering the customers phone calls. Contractors did a great job on the tub customer service is bad

"I gave you two free tubs on top of the project. Did WAY MORE than what you mentioned and I didn't say one word about it. I did it as a favor. And even knocked off $400 for you because you complained about how much the project was gonna be. Even after you knew how much it was gonna be. I have pictures that show there was no mess. I'm sorry you were a customer that didn't want to pay the correct amount. There's always gonna be people out here like that unfortunately. No worries. Lesson learned. Good luck to you!"

Aaron did an amazing job on a bathtub and tile project. This house was from 1974 with gold speckled wall tile and a rusted out cast iron tub. The bathrooms had clearly been coated with years of cigarette smoke and dirt but now they look like new thanks to Carolina Reglazing! I will definitely be calling Aaron first on my next refinishing project.

Trust me when I say to STAY AWAY from this company. This company is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked them 2 weeks in advance and canceled on all other resurfacing because their price was very reasonable. I needed my 2 tubs and surrounds resurfaced as soon as possible for me to list my house. They came and started the work and an hours into it they suddenly increased the price on me by almost 50%. Their reasoning is because there is more work than we thought, even though I had been communicating with them for 4 days showing them pics and what exactly needed to be done. We came to an agreement and they were not honest. Now I am behind on my listing and more time needed to find a new more professional company.

"We apologize for the inconvenience. You did send us pictures and we had discussed your project, that is correct. When we spoke on the phone and received the pictures, we asked if it had been previously sprayed and if it was peeling. You stated you were not sure if it had been sprayed but it was only peeling in a few places on a few tiles. We did give you an estimate but on the phone, we stated that the price was subject to change. When we arrived, the whole surround was peeling on both tubs which we were not told and the pictures did not show. We explained that we would have to apply a stripping agent on it, let it sit and it would take us al"

I had Carolina Reglazing provide this service to my bathtub and surround. It was a very professional, high quality re-surfacing, now looks like brand new, with no runs or flaws. They know what they speak of and what they are doing!. This is an amazing process that exceeded my expectations, and was at a very reasonable price.

Great folks! They have a variety of services that they offer but I utilized them for cleaning. They did a great job for the money. Their bid came in $100 less than anyone else. However, they were not as thorough and as fast as some other cleaning companies I have used. For the price though, they did fine.

Usually you leave a room as you found it, not worse off. They left debris on the floor & watched me 41 weeks pregnant sweep the floor without any offer to help do something they should already be doing. Put our plunger on carpet after I had already moved it once and were almost an hour late. I had to ask them to put some of the items back in our bathroom. Not a very professional company. I would look else where. I called and complained boss didn't have much to say other then they were in a rush, which was evident & also not my problem as the consumer. His only offer to compensate was 25% off the next job. They have lost their minds if they think we are calling them back.
