"I am truly offended and very taken back by this review you are leaving my company. When I came and gave you an estimate I disclosed to you that I am not a contractor like you are claiming I am. I am a handyman and own a skilled carpentry business. The job was completed and I asked you if we met your expectations before I took any payment. Also I only charged you 4hrs of labor when I worked 8hrs. Out of the goodness of my heart, I felt empathy for your finical budget and privacy by not having a fence. As the owner I took the 400$ loss in labor. Making false claims about my company is hurtful. I would love to make things right. My apologies."
