Carolina Blacktop

I had an active leak. Nick came to my rescue immediately and offered a few options to fit my budget. He was able to replace my entire roof in one day. Even my neighbors were impressed and gave kudos as to how fast and great my roof looked. So happy to have found them and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Prompt response with estimate. Work done when promised. I was kept updated from start to finish. Nick showed pictures of areas needing repairs. Cleaned up debris after job was complete. Explained job to me in terms I understood.

The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was prompt, thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services

Good job thanks for coming out on a Sunday

Nicholas did a great job. He did the work very timely and kept his appointment time without being late. Returned phone calls promptly and his estimated quote was pretty close to expense, unless unexpected repairs were needed. He provided pictures of the problem areas and called to discuss the recommended repairs. He was professional and discussed my needs as if he was taking care of his own family. Him and his crew were very courteous, timely, cleaned up after themselves and continued to work well into the early evening to ensure they took care of us. He stayed in contact with me during the project and truly listened to the issues and recommended repairs based on his professional experience. Punctual and showed up when promised. After the repairs were made, circled back around to us to ensure we were satisfied or if we had any questions on the work performed. I would highly recommend Nicholas and his crew for roof repairs that includes leaks or replacement.

I am terribly disappointed in the workmanship, the customer service, and the priority given to his word and commitment to finishing the job. I have been strung along for almost a month with plenty of opportunity to finish the job. He has missed 3 scheduled dates to come back and finish the job. He told me he would not ask me for any money before the job was done, but he certainly did. And, like a fool, I paid him the lions share of the money. He has not come back. He was supposed to come back today, but texted me that he could not make it. I am to the point that I will pay another contractor to do the job properly and I would not recommend this company or its proprietor to do ANYTHING for me. Thank for very little. Home Advisor needs to vet their contractors better. It might be awhile before I trust another from you guys!

Great job at a fair price,

After discussions with Nicholas I am now much happier with the business end of his work. I have improved and upped my review for he and his business. Not sure how to remove my original review but will give it a try. Nicholas personally returned $175.00 in cash to us. When I tried to give him $50.00 back he refused to take it; classy! I did tell him when the rest of my roof requires replacing I would give him a call. All this proves he and his company are well worth considering when you need road or roof work.

Nicholas was timely and professional. I had a drive repair. Did an excellent job at a fair price. Great experience!

Very prompt, professional and fair business man. I would hire them again.

They were fast, courteous and clean. The owner stayed on site the entire time and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I recommend Carolina Blacktop and believe you will be satisfied with the work and service.

Really appreciated having Nick on the job. He did it well and fast and made sure the tenant was happy with it. I definitely recommend him.

Done great job.i recomend him highly.

The business was very quick to respond and offered fair pricing with flexible schedule and great communication regarding the job.

He would be a 10 if I could. He was pretty spot on!
