Excellent company. They showed up as scheduled and installed abatement device. Work was excellent and did a great job of cleaning up after completion. I’ve allowed it to run for a couple of weeks and am now retesting radon levels. Highly recommend!!

I hired Michael Graham to install a radon system after we agreed on a price, they came out install the system, I was not here when the system was installed on 9/22/2020, they did not come back and recheck the radon, I asked them about the vent stack going straight up, I was told that was normal, the system is not working, the pump is not running because I think rain got in the system plus I have not received a contract or a 5 year warranty that I was promised, every time I call or text no one gets back to me. UPDATE: 11-18-20 They came back out he turned the vent stack around, he drilled a hole a put a petcock valve on the pipe to drain the system and it is now working, The phone number that I had is no longer operational, found out they have a new number.

This company seemed to do a good job installing our radon fan, but I NEED an invoice/receipt for the sale of my house and they are not returning any of my phone calls. It has been over a week since they said they would email me my receipt. They sure did cash my check. I have been calling multiple times a day to the 3 numbers I have and no one will even answer. I am concerned this company is a scam and I would not recommend. Originally when we called an older lady answered the phone as if it was their house and not a business. But they showed up when they would and seemed to do a good job And had good ratings, so i am now shocked to be denied a needed receipt. I guess I will contact the BBB next. I really need the receipt to prove I installed the fan by buyers.

Mike took great care of us! We were in a bind to get our radon mitigated before our house closed. His team came out on a Saturday and got it done in 3 hours! They brought our radon levels down from 4.2 to 0.9 by installing a fan! Their quote was also 800$ less than our original quote! Would use again for sure!

They got right to work and were done in less than 3 hours and all cleaned up. Cost was a little more than another company recommended by Home advisor but heard some negative things on them and went with these guys. So far happy. They explained the radon system, what they were doing and showed me when done. As a followup - radon test is done after install and it was lowered to 1.3 well under acceptable limits.
