This company quoted me a price then doubled it. Work was incomplete and I was not pleased with service.

"The price did not double as I quoted you over the phone without even seeing the filthy house I told you a price between 125 and 175. I have been cleaning for over 30 years and I have never told anybody a set price before seeing a home. As Yvonne was cleaning you asked her not to clean some of the floors, so she did not mop some floors that you asked her not to. I also mentioned on the phone before you hired us it would be more the first time I always tell everyone that. Yvonne said you told her that the bathrooms were so clean you did not want to use them and get them dirty. You and your husband said that to her. Sometimes we spend more time on it."

We used Carol’s Cleaning Service for the first time this past week. Carol was responsive throughout the scheduling and consultation process, and she was even able to schedule Yvonne in within the same week. Yvonne was not only friendly, but she was very meticulous with the details. We are very happy about her work overall and we are looking to become a repeat customer!

Candice was assigned to my property. However, if you are not onsite during the cleaning process, you will need to double-check her work when completed. I asked for a deep cleaning service in advance and I did not feel like Candice was prepared with the proper cleaning supplies to fully get the service done correctly. There was dirt left on the ground in the common area, the oven/stove was not thoroughly attended to, the living room window sill was not properly wiped off, and I did not appreciate her smoking in my property then leaving cigarette butts on the ground. (Unfortunately, I am unable to attach documentation to this review). She did come back out to correct my concerns. Nonetheless, Candice is a personable and nice woman who was flexible with her schedule to clean my home.

I have Yvonne clean my condo and from the first time she came I was overwhelmingly impressed not just by her work but also because she has a delightful personality! I have had a lot of different housekeepers over the years and her work is by and far the best. She got every nook and cranny in my home and it sparkled and shined. She did everything I asked for then went above and beyond without me asking. If you are looking for someone to hire, I highly recommend her. Her rates are reasonable, actually lower than what you would expect for the quality of work you receive. This is my first review I have ever done but she is so great I want the world to know!
