Post Construction Cleaning Jobs completed: Residential Homes 1000 sf to 10,000+sf, Hilton, Marriott, CVS Stores, Small retail stores, Restaurants. Maid Service we offer once a week, every other week or once a month. We are a team of honest, hard working individuals that take their work personal and focus on detail.

I am a 82 yr old (widower) just had a heart attact and this is the first time I have used a cleaning service and was "extreamly" happy I did. The service was on time and the job was excellant. Looking forward to continuing !! Thank You

Had a bad experience with Carol's Mighty Maids. The person who was sent came in late ( supposed to come at 9 but rather came around 11 am) Work was not completed till 5 pm. ( 2800 sq ft house). Time management was a big issue. The 3rd week she did not show up and wasn't picking up the phone. Will not recommend this business to anybody.

Carol herself is fantastic and I would have kept her permanently, except that we only got her one time and then the next times she sent other girls who did not do near the quality of job that she did. Many basic and very obvious areas untouched by them. Carol is very professional and goes above and beyond, though, if you are lucky enough to get to keep the one you first hire! I love how she was so quick and thorough and brought a shop vac in and made my couch look brand new!! I thought I was going to get that every time but I did not. I'd recommend Carol personally.

Unsatisfied with the cleaning of the last room[bathroom] some things not touched a hurry up clean up.They accidently chipped my tub with the hand held shower head.I opened the shower curtain to shower and wam! That is when I called Carol and she was to come and look at it .Never showed and never heard from her since.That was 8 months ago.That's why people have insurance for accidents?All she had to do was fix what they wronged.She got paid $200.00 she had me mail it to her I offered to give it to the girls but she said not to. She didn't wait 8 months to get paid.Carol was NoShow,NoCall,NoFix

"Dear Judy, I'm sorry. The girls said they did not chip the tub. I feel we are getting accused for something we did not do,so our insurance company will pay for it. When talking to you over and over you sounded like you were on a lot of medication and I was a little wiry about sending the ladies but I did. I did talk to my insurance company. If my girls did chip the tub I would be more then happy to pay for it. They have no reason not to tell the truth. Nothing comes out of their pocket and accidents do happen. I would be more then happy to take care of it if I felt we did it."

Very few items in the house got dusted. Cupboard fronts did not get wiped down. Refrigerator front did not get wiped down. Counters were left with a gritty residue on them. Stools were put back at the counter without having the legs wiped off - so they left spots on the floor where the legs touched. We explained that we had been using a service, but that service hadn't been able to clean for the last few weeks, so it had been about 3-4 weeks since we had had the house cleaned. We were extremely disappointed, especially since we indicated that we were probably looking for someone we could use on a regular basis.

"Dear Mary, I'm sorry that you where not satisfied with our work. You hired us for a general cleaning not a top to bottom cleaning. That is time consuming and I would of charged you by the hour. When I start a new job that I know I will be coming back to on regular bases. I my self come in with 2 ladies and we do clean top to bottom with no extra charge. Not knowing if we where coming back, I had to budget my time. Which I did tell you. You paid for two cleaners and I worked for free. I know my girls and I are good cleaners but we can't please everyone but we try."

Post Construction Clean up
As indicated by previous reviews about punctuality, the assigned person arrived an hour late. It seems like there is poor coordination with time; because she had to stop by and pick up some products before coming in. However, the cleaning job (very greasy kitchen cabinets) was excellent and came below budget. I asked about budget beforehand and was told that i could indicate how little or how much too clean. I requested for additional cleaning since we had extra time.

Said they would be there first thing but did not show until Midday. Once they got going they worked steadily and got the job done staying until 8pm. They did good work even in high spots. I would recommend them along as you know they are not early risers!

Post Construction Clean up
Carol had the tools of a professional and she knew how to use them. She did not need to be directed. She was professional and not a clock watcher. She gave me a fair estimate and stayed till the job was done. She paid a lot of attention to the details. The condo I bought was not touched for over a year. After she was through, I moved my china and personal effects in without concern for the cleanliness of shelving and appliances. I would highly recommend her company. Maxine Lewis

Hard worker, took no breaks. The basement was a disaster, but she left it smelling fresh and gleaming. It took alittle longer than estimated, but I am delighted with the results.

Carol was very friendly and did a great job ! She worked very hard. The only problem I see is that I needed her to help with a few things as I have back issues. My kitchen floor was the worst thing. I booked her for 3 hours, that was ALL I could afford. We agreed she would spend the first hour or 2 working on the floors, then go to the next things. she Spent not only the WHOLE time on one kitchen floor but she ADDED another 2 hours without my permission! ALL ON the kitchen floor. then charged me. 100 $ on one floor? with out me knowing? defeated the purpose of the help. Now I still have to get help with the few other things.

"The 1st hour plus some I cleaned the whole kitchen and the railing going up the stairs. There was a lot of wax build up after applying the stripper the wax tuned into chunks. I had to strip each square on my hands and knees with a scrap. You did return to the house. I had a small area finished and you said it looked like new. I told you it was going to take longer then expected and you did ok it. But I'm sure meant for the whole down stairs to be cleaned. I did not dust or vacuum or do the small bath. After stripping the floor, I was covered in wax. I charged you a $100 but I never billed you or called demanding payment. I left that up to you"
