Very professional. Did things totally unexpected. Crew very helpful and above and beyond. My house and laundry was a total disaster due to medical issues. Highly recommend.

I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work! It looks like my bathrooms have never been used.

I own a 8 bedroom 8.5 bath house on Indian Point. I use the house as a vacation rental investment. Carolyn's Clean Team are my eyes and ears. They clean the house after every check out. They let me know if there was any damage or stolen items. They also let me know if I'm getting low on any supplies. I am an out of town investor and having them as my cleaning team helps me manage the property from afar. They are great at their job and the house looks amazing every time a get to see it. Very efficient, fast and thorough. They wasted no time in getting the job done. They were also very nice.

I had a great experience with Carolyn. Though we had to reschedule due to weather, she was very apologetic and made sure to visit about my expectations. Having used a few other services in the area that were very disappointing, I appreciate that Carolyn actually gives you a printout of what s included with various cleanings so you know what to expect. You can tell she takes pride in her work! I would recommend hiring her for your next cleaning project, and I will be hiring her on a regular basis.

Very professional team. I am a very " finicky " person. When they finished, I was very impressed. Not only did they do the best job, they went beyond their call of duty. YES, I highly recommend them. I've hired cleaning Services before, but they do what they say. If you really want the BEST, go with Carolyn's Team. Have a very BLESSED DAY.

She stated cleanup would be “like new” for the price. The job was not very good in some areas. When asked to come back out she sent people out without any equipment. Did not inspect the job herself. Stated if we needed more than 3 hours of work would need to pay. Talked a good game but when it came down to it was not professional about it.

Carolyn's Clean Team just left. The house looks GREAT!!!. Carolyn came this morning to give me a quote on the house & i was fortunate to have them back later to clean. I have been looking for someone to clean my home for a long time that has a good eye for detail and does a thorough cleaning . Everything just shines !! I couldnt be happier. Carolyn & her team were friendly hardworking professionals. I would recommend her highly to anyone!

I was impressed. They did an excellent cleaning job and did it quickly and cheerfully. I have a dog and cat that shed and they did a great job getting up all that fur. I am definitely going to have them come back.
