Iâ m an oil customer who uses Caron H&C for service and cleaning of my furnace for the last 5-6 years so I was familiar with their ability and professionalism prior to this experience. I had been discussing the benefits of heat pumps from a financial and sustainability perspective for at least the least year or so. When I found out MA was offering a $10,000 rebate, I knew it was time to install. I chose to have Caron Heating perform the installation for several reasons. First, I trust their integrity. I knew that I would get the best price for the quality of work I would receive. I also had extensive conversations with Stacy in the office who was very knowledgeable about the rebate process which made what could have been a horrible experience so very easy. The day of install, the crew arrived with everything they needed to complete the work with clear direction and a plan. They communicated every step along the way so that I understood the design and had input before it was executed. There was not so much as a fingerprint left in the house when the job was complete and everything went very smoothly. The technicians that performed the work could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. This is a top notch business who takes pride in their work, and the relationships they have with their customers. Iâ ve already received calls to ensure that the install met my expectations and also later that the units were working as effectively as I expected. If you are in need of HVAC work of any kindâ ¦. Do yourself a favor and make this call first.

WE had Caron install a central AC unit and new furnace. Since it is still warm out we have only used the AC unit which is great. One note is that if they com into your house they look at other appliances and require they are "up to code" before completing work. This added an additional $2400 (which I thought was high) to update the fan/venting for my hot water heater. Just be advised.

My ac system stopped working, I called another Home Advisor recommend company and they came out. They spent 5 minutes ( no AC pressure readings) and told me I needed a new unit with an estimate of between $4500 and $6900. I called Caron the next morning and within 2 hrs the unit was running for a cost of $284. I cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and honesty they showed me, I wish more companies would look at the long term instead of the short buck.
