Mike recently installed a shingles layover on my Bedford home. Excellent work at a competitive price. The job involved dealing with numerous fussy roof penetrations and ensuring ice shields wherever appropriate. Mike was flexible and accommodating of my own concerns and quick to identify and address any issues he found. The work was completed the same day and everything cleaned up including using a metal detector to locate any errant nails. Mike, thank you for the peace of mind of a quality roof.

I was not looking forward to having workmen at my property as this is generally a mixed or negative experience. Mike put me at ease from the first moment and never disappointed. His team was polite and personable, never intrusive - and offered to help with any task. It was money well spent and invested (one offer was higher, one lower). We added the gutters at the end and he took some specific house quirks into consideration. I have not had a problem since this job was done almost 2 years ago! I would highly recommend him.

The communication leading up to the roof replacement was great. The price was very reasonable â cheaper than others we consulted. They did the project in a smart and efficient way. On the day of the job they arrive close to 7am and by 5pm they were done and had cleaned up. No fuss, no mess. Just a very clean job. The roof is still looking great 1.5 years later! I'd hire Mike again.

Awarded Mike the job after getting 3 other quotes (2 higher & 1 lower). He and his crew from start to finish only took in 7 hrs. He was knowledgeable, very professional, neat and fast. Additionally he replaced sections of the rake boards, installed zinc strips and strengthened the gutter.

He is amazing he was quick to respond showed up did really good work where other people were trying to use a crane he just went up there and knocked it out by himself save me a lot of money I definitely use him again I will call him back in the fall I have other work for him to do.

May 2018 I had a new roof installed by Carpe Diem Roofing. TheyâÃÂÃÂre a local Southeast Ma company and I live in Quincy, MA, so that fit the bill. I spoke with the owner Michael and he set up an appointment the next day. I have to say I did have some reservations about some high pitch sales call but that was not the case. After Michael answered all of my questions about the various roofing material options and the warranties my anxiety soon faded away. Together we planned the type of shingles, color and underlayment. You could tell Michael was experienced and confident in his ability to handle the job. He scheduled a day to start the job. I wanted to be there so it was great he was flexible on scheduling the day. During our meeting Michael scheduled a dumpster to be delivered the day before the job started. Michael was there that day to make sure it was placed where we needed it. Michael and his crew arrived on schedule. I watched as the crew set up for the job. I watched for about 30 minute and I knew right then that I made the right choice. What a professional crew. They paid attention to all details to ensure that the roof replacement went as smooth and on-schedule as possible. Oh, and Michael supervised the crew for the entire day. After the job was completed, they made sure that all debris was picked up including several sweeps with a magnate dolly to pick any nails on the ground. The crew departed but Michael stayed he looked over the entire job and asked if I had any questions. Michael waited until the dumpster truck arrived and hauled dumpster off the property. I know this is a long review but when you see a professional crew like this and supervised by the owner go to work on your Home and do the job they did, it deserves some recognition.
