Contractor LLC did an excellent job placing a roof over our deck. They had very good ideas we had not thought of. I would highly recommend them for any type of project. Honest and very well qualified. Enjoyed having them on out project.

I would definitely recommend Carpenter LLC for all construction needs. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I had been looking to complete a whole kitchen renovation, take down a load bearing wall and totally change the look of my house. We met several times, they were patient with me, walked me through the whole construction process, and referred me to companies to purchase cabinets, countertops, etc. This was a FHA203K program loan, so there was a great deal of paperwork involved. They were very understanding of the timeline required for this process. I could not be happier with how my kitchen turned out and the service I received from the team at Carpenter LLC.

Allen did amazing job installing interior double glass French door and fitting it into an unusual space with no existing walls. Pricing was very fair. Extremely professional and responsive. He was pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented. He made sure that final product was perfect and to my satisfaction. French door came out great. Highly recommended.

I bought my home in 2015 and the bathroom was not ADA compliant, which made getting in and out of the shower difficult for my husband that has MS. Carpenter and his crew came in and helped us understand the process and options we had with either a low curb shower or a curb-less shower. We decided to go with the curb-less design and it came out gorgeous. Now getting in and out is effortless and the look is exactly what we wanted. We are having his company also remodel our upstairs bathroom in the near future. He gave amazing service and incredible attention to detail. Highly recommended!!!

Allen and his crew at Carpenter, LLC did such a wonderful job on my kitchen and mudroom renovation my husband and I were extremely pleased with their work, cleanliness, and most importantly Allen was there to guide us through the design phase and material selection and even met with us at the kitchen design showroom on multiple occasions. This company did an excellent job on my roof. They completed the job within our agreed upon time frame and cleaned up my property as if they had never been on site. They were extremely professional and affordable. I highly recommend them to others and for myself I certainly will call them again for other projects.

As a single mom I didnâ t know where to begin when it came to remodeling my kitchen I contacted Allen and he was nothing but professional. Being on the smaller size for a kitchen he helped me pick out tile that was best suited for the space. Allen and his crew surpassed my expectations my kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous I could not be any happier! I would highly recommend Allen and will be contacted him for more future projects.

Alan was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He explained everything that was done improperly with the old deck in a way that my Wife and I could both understand. Alan and his team did a great job demoing the existing deck and making sure the new deck looked great and up to code. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new deck.

They came to do the larger space of a project I started but found was too big for me to finish... For quality, was just ok. No better than I did and that was the first floor tile I have ever done. My real contractor was pissed at the hack job around the perimeter of the space when he went to put a new base molding of the unevenness and globs of mortar left protruding. Then what really pissed me he washed his tools in my new kitchen sink (that runs on a newly installed ejection pump) and lied to my face about it!!! I found a layer of mortar and a tile spacer in a dog bowl that was in the sink! I am sure there is mortar hardened at the bottom of my pump. Never again.

I have zero complaints. The owner Allen came out on time. He listened to my concerns and gave me three different options and present a verbal quote. He emailed the quote that night. He showed up when he said he would. He kept in contact through the whole project. I will hire him again for another project!!!!!

We contacted CapenterLLC through home advisors and give them a try. We had them remodel bathroom & kitchen for us. Overall the project came out great and exceeded our expectations. Allen was great with walking us through the design process and listening to our concerns. I am considering Allen and his team for an upcoming project this spring.

After interviewing a number of candidates, we contracted Carpenter LLC to remodel two bathrooms for us. First the good news. Allen is an affable person. He listens to your concerns and does his best to respond to them. He is also quite reasonable, both in his pricing and in his negotiating. He is a capable tiler, and it shows in the floors and the shower areas of the job. There were a couple minor flaws, but on the whole, the tiling is quite nice. Allen also can be helpful in developing a design plan. For instance, Allen brought to our attention the opportunity to install curb-less showers in both baths. The results are stunning. On the negative side, Allen has nearly no sense of urgency. We explained to him that it was our plan to leave our unit in mid October and travel to Florida for the winter. Allen assured us that the job would only take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Since it was July, and he could start the first week of September, there would be plenty of time to complete the job by mid October. In our effort to make sure the project was expedited, we purchased all the tile, the vanity, the plumbing fixtures, etc. sufficiently early to insure they would be available at the start of September. Before the start of September, Allen informed us that he would not be able to begin until the second week of the month. He arrived with a demolition team and rather quickly removed and stripped down the two bathrooms. Two days later, Allen didn't show up. When queried, Allen informed me that he had an urgent need to attend to another customer. This happened repetitively through the project. Though we extended our stay one week into November, the job was still not done. In fact the project was not completed until the very end of January. Instead of 3 to 4 weeks, the job went on for 5 months. Apart from Allen's referral to his other customers who endlessly seemed to take precedence over us, his company suffers from a lack of full-time professionals. The plumber used on our job worked for Allen occasionally and part time. He came only at night or perhaps on a weekend. The job was often held in check while we waited for the evening arrival of the plumber. The same situation applied to the electrician. Worksite cleanliness is another issue. We have carpeted stairs and floors. I asked Allen to lay down canvas over the rugs and stairs. Instead, Allen's team put down a thin layer of plastic sheet. This was done in several sections which often separated, and because the workmen were wearing heavy work shoes, they tended to easily displace the protective layer. The crew didn't seem to care much about the floor cover. As a result, the carpet, especially on the stairs took a beating. In addition, items (mirrors, toilets, pieces of discarded wood, removed plumbing fixtures, etc. where frequently left on the bed or carpet. Allen's finish work leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. Finish details are not what I expect from a professional team. In the end, the result is acceptable, but not outstanding. There are minor issues that will need attention, but are within the capability of most homeowners. My experience with Carpenter LLC was very frustrating. But through it all, Allen remained very positive. He was never discourteous, even when confronted by an annoyed owner.

Allen and his team did an awesome job. We did a 2nd bathroom addition at my house with a very nice walk in marble shower with a frame-less glass shower enclosure. The whole project came out amazing. Allen and Jerry were just amazing with their friendly and professional approach to the project. Allen was on time to give us a free estimate. They were very punctual during the project duration and cleaned up the work floor each day. The final result turned up so well that we already have engaged Allen and his Co for our next project. We already got our go-to guy for our home improvement projects. The scope of our project involved: installing new pre-finished wooden flooring, Drywall installation, Door trim work and some touch-ups to the wall painting.

They were very punctual, professional, clean and flexible. Very happy with the ceiling they installed, the look completely changed the room. These guys do some great work, the attention to the detail was noticeable and despite some shipping and supply hiccups they were still able to work with me to complete the job on time.

They were very prompt and professional, clean and neat while working in my home. They installed a new porcelain tile in my bathroom and they came back first thing the next morning to grout it. Very happy with the outcome.
